Tarasul Terms of Service

  1. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONDITIONS OF SERVICE: Bawazir Technology Establishment (hereinafter referred to as : Bawazir Tech) provides Tarasul service (hereinafter referred to as service) to you (ie, to the User) under the conditions described below and any other amendments which are set out later. These conditions constitute the entire agreement between the User and Bawazir Tech, as it superseded any previous agreements relating to the main subject here. By using the service, you will agree to accept and abide by the terms of service.
  2. PRIVACY OF DATA: Bawazir Tech shall not disclose Registration data like names, email addresses, or phone numbers, or other data of a User to any third parties except as authorized by User or User's representative.
  3. USER'S OBLIGATIONS: In return for use of the Service,
    1. User agrees to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about User as prompted by the Registration Form, and
    2. User agrees to maintain and update this information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. This information about a User shall be referred to as "Registration Data." If any information provided by User is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Bawazir Tech has the right to terminate User's account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service.
    3. User agrees to abide by all applicable laws and regulations including but not limited to laws and regulations related to spamming when using the Service.
    4. User agrees to be solely responsible for the contents of transmissions through the Service under.
    5. User agrees not to transmit through the Service any unlawful material of any kind, or any material that violates the rights of a third party, including but not limited to the intellectual property rights of that party.
  4. INDEMNITY: User agrees to indemnify and hold Bawazir Tech and its officers, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of User's use of the Service, User's connection to the Service, User's violation of the Tarasul Terms of Service, or User's violation of any rights of another.
  5. VIOLATIONS: User agrees that Bawazir Tech may terminate User's password, account or use of the Service if Bawazir Tech believes that:
    1. User has violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the Tarasul Terms of Service,
    2. User is using the Service for spamming as described in the following link: http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/business/ecommerce/bus61.shtm, or
    3. User has violated the rights of Bawazir Tech , or other Users or parties. User further agrees that Bawazir Tech may terminate User's password, account or use of the Service if User fails to use the Service for a reasonable period of time. This period of time will be determined by Bawazir Tech from time to time but shall not be less than three months.
  6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES:
    1. Bawazir Tech and its partners and staff disclaim any and all responsibility or liability for the accuracy, content, completeness, legality, reliability, or operability or availability of information or Content displayed on the Service. Bawazir Tech disclaims any and all responsibility and liability for User's conduct and for the conduct of others using the Service.
    2. THE SERVICE, AND ALL CONTENT, INFORMATION (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY INFORMATION OR CONTENT OBTAINED OR ACCESSED THROUGH THE SERVICE), PRODUCTS AND SERVICES INCLUDED THEREIN ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," WITH NO WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER. THE GOOGLE ENTITIES EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF PROPRIETARY RIGHTS.
    3. USER AGREES THAT USER'S USE OF THE SERVICE IS ENTIRELY AT USER'S OWN RISK.
  7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL Bawazir Tech BE LIABLE TO USER FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH USE OF THE SERVICE.
  8. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES: This Agreement and any disputes arising under it shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
